Biography
Eric is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Securities and Real Estate groups. After graduating with a JD/MBA from UCLA in 1992, Eric worked as in-house counsel to companies in the energy, pharmaceutical and real estate industries—Texaco, Aventis and Toll Brothers. With a passion for working with entrepreneurs, Eric left the corporate world and joined Salvo Rogers in 2007. His clients are business founders and operating management. Eric leverages his experience with counseling sophisticated clients and his strong business training to learn each client’s business and to understand management’s rationale for a proposed business transaction. This appreciation enables Eric to focus largely on the big picture—the critical deal points to be negotiated, the material risks to the transaction, and the importance of closing the transaction to the client.
