Biography
Denise has been with the firm since its inception in 1988. She works in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate and securities law. Her real estate experience includes performing due diligence in connection with acquisitions, sales, and financings, preparing conveyance documents, reviewing titles and surveys, and managing transaction closings for all types of commercial real estate projects. In the area of corporate and securities law Denise has extensive experience with business entity formations, Blue Sky reviews, SEC compliance and EDGAR filings, and performing due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
